On October 31, 2019, APS filed a new Rate Case asking for an additional $184 MILLION rate hike. We, captive ratepayers, say NO WAY!
It is time for the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC), Governor Ducey and Residential Utility Consumer Office (RUCO) to start serving the best interests of the public — not the utility monopoly Arizona Public Service (APS). Our APS bills are already TOO HIGH and people are suffering because of it. Every week a new scandal is exposed.
